Shipping Prices

International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Ryoko Rain is not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be charged upon delivery.

Domestic: Flat rate $9 shipping on all orders in the USA. All orders shipped via USPS & UPS, depending on the weight of the package.

FULfillment

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays or stolen packages are NOT the responsibility of Ryoko Rain.

Return and exchange policy

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered garments for store credit only within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be completed within 10 days of receipt. Items assessed as worn, washed, or altered will be returned to the customer.

Non-returnable items: Shoes, headwear, socks, undergarments, or any product stated and listed as zero returns accepted (this could be special drops and/or collaborations).

Store credit will include the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, but does not cover original shipping charges. Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase.

To request a return, please email orders@ryokorain.com within the specified timeframe and include your order number and reason for the request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to return

There are 2 methods to issue a return. Option 1 is preferred if you ordered directly through our site.

Option 1: Primary Return System

Preferred if you ordered directly through our website.

  1. Log in to your Customer Account using the same credentials used for the purchase.
  2. Click “Request return” on the order you want to return. If applicable, select specific item(s).
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click “Request return.”
  5. Look out for a confirmation email with the next steps and return info.

Option 2: Open a Support Ticket

This is a manual and delayed method.

  1. Fill out the support ticket form on the customer support page with required details.
  2. Select REFUND in the "Reason for contacting" dropdown.
  3. In your message, explain the reason for your return. A team member will follow up ASAP.
