YOU MAY RETURN UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNALTERED GARMENTS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS ASSESSED AS WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES HOWEVER IF YOU RETURN PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT AND CAN REPURCHASE THE ITEM.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: SHOES, HEADWEAR, SOCKS,UNDERGARMENTS, OR ANY PRODUCT STATED AND LISTED AS ZERO RETURNS ACCEPTED (THIS COULD BE SPECIAL DROPS AND/OR COLLABORATIONS).

STORE CREDIT WILL INCLUDE THE COST OF THE ITEM(S) AND APPLICABLE TAXES, BUT DOES NOT COVER ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES. STORE CREDIT DOES NOT EXPIRE AND CAN BE USED FOR ANY FUTURE PURCHASE.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST.

THERE ARE 2 METHODS TO ISSUE A RETURN. OPTION 1 IS PREFERRED IF ORDERED THROUGH SITE.

OPTION 1: PRIMARY RETURN SYSTEM

1) Log in to your Customer Account with the same credentials used when the intended return item(s) were purchased.

2) Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

3) Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

4) Click "Request return"

5) Expect to receive an email confirming your return request with subsequent steps and information.

OPTION 2: OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET (delayed process)

1) Fill out the support ticket form below with the necessary information.

2) In the "reason for contacting" section select REFUND.

3) In the message, please write out your reason for the return and a member of our team will get back to the request as quickly as possible.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. ONCE SHIPPED, A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER.


TYPICALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SHIPPING (EXCLUDING SUNDAYS, FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, AND UNFORESEEN DELAYS). 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES CAN TAKE 5-21 DAYS AFTER SHIPPING, DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S PROCESSING, CUSTOMS, AND DELIVERY PROTOCOLS.

WHILE SHIPPING DELAYS ARE UNCOMMON, THEY MAY OCCUR AND ARE BEYOND RYOKO RAIN'S CONTROL.

ALL PRODUCTS ON RYOKORAIN.COM ARE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE FOR ORDER, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE. SOME PRODUCT AND DROPS WILL BE SOLD AS A "PRE-ORDER" AND WILL STATE THE SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATION IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. OCCASIONALLY, PRODUCTS ARE OVERSOLD. IN THIS EVENT, ORDERS ARE FULFILLED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. ITEMS IN YOUR CART ARE NOT RESERVED. PROCESSED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY.
